Dear Colleagues,
I received a letter today from a prisoner in Kentucky who has just
completed his M.A. in sociology at Morehead State (with a 4.0 average). He
has three years left to serve, and is trying to find a doctoral-level
program that would be willing to allow him to take individual courses using
audio recordings and phone consultations.
His interests include thanatology and medical sociology, public health
and safety, and criminal justice.
If anyone might have suggestions, please send them to Mike Radelet,
<radelet@soc.ufl.edu>,
and I will print and mail them to the student. Thanks.
