Dear Colleagues and Friends:
To the best of my knowledge, there is no book specifically on the death
penalty movement in Canada or on the movement that helped eliminate the
death penalty. Still, Parts of Neil Boyd's The Last Dance: Murder in Canada
(1988; Prentice-Hall Canada) are useful, especially material in Chapter 1,
which deals with the abolition of the death penalty in Canada.
