Posters should take great care and not post copyright material on a
public list. Our list is archived, which means that media outlets
can use their search engines to find copyright material.

There are several ways to distribute such material:
  1) Summarize/extract and prints excerpts
  2) Summarize the original article and provide a URL to its source
