Hi Jim,
I would be very cautious in dealing with home pages by death row
inmates. I have seen some set up by the inmates' friends that totally
distort established facts in the case. More importantly, what a prisoner
may say in a home page may conflict with her or his attorneys' strategy in
the case. I recall one case where the attorney was arguing his guy was
mentally retarded, and the state countered by showing the court that the
inmate had a home page.
