ASC's report to DOJ requested by A.G. Reno & not published (fwd)

The following came across today. I don't recall the report, unless it
was the one from the ASC taskforce on women and violence.

Can anybody provide a pointer for it for Mr. Karowsky?

I am attempting to obtain the report, described above, which was requested by
Janet Reno in a speech before the ASC in 1994 and which has not been
published by the Justice Dept.
