Ah, excuse me, but I do not understand discrimination against prisoners
(taken to mean persons convicted of a felony after a fair trial) to be
illegal. If it were otherwise, how could they be prisoners?

(Our wonderful Court of Criminal Appeals in Texas just analyzed an equal
protection claim re the capital murder statute exactly as you see above,
making the question disappear.... Roll over, Foucault....)
