The non sequitor in the above aside:
The USSC has ruled that the rights of prisoners do not stop at the
prison gates. In general, those rights remain that are not barred by
a security or other compelling state interest. Racial, sexual,
religious and other discrimination remain as Unconstitutional behind the
walls as on the streets.
