i might not grasp completely what some of ya'll have been talking about
but i wanted to put my two cents worth in anyway. caroline escobar's
message on february first definately gave me alot to think about. at
this point i think that i agree that our human beingness is a symbol of
our inner self.
right now i disagree with Richard about losing a part of myself when i go
from the country (if that's where i was raised) to the city because i
think that the experiences that my self was shaped by in the country
cannot leave me when i go to the city but that they can only be built
upon. one might experience a feeling of loss when leaving home but i
don't think that that feeling is due to a loss of self. i think that it
is due to leaving people and places you love.
thank you to Jerry Blaz because your message cleared up and explained a
lot of things to me.
