i would definitely agree with you Virginia that dreams are a form of
communication with ourselves. my question then is, "are we constantly
dreaming when we are asleep?" if this is the case then i would have to
say that we are never out of mind, otherwise those times in which we are
not dreaming would seem to suggest no mind activity.
