After reading Goffman's Introduction of Frame Analysis, I was completely
baffled. When I read the first 2 lines of Chayko's article Goffman sort
of made sense. Is frame analysis basically "how social actors determine
what is really happening and what is not?" And if so, how do they go
about it? Is this their "frame?" Someone please answer me. I'm afriad
to write my paper until I understand this.
