Hmm,
One area that I had difficulty in working into Denzin's discussion
of media and its relation to culture is the question of whether the media
reflects the attitudes of society or whether the attitudes of society
reflect what is presented in the media. It seems that a combination of
both makes the most sense, but how does this work into Denzin's theory
about the influence of the media?
