i'm thinking the question you're asking is to give examples of how media
is a formum for politics. there is evidence of this everywhere, esp now
with all the elections for governor and congress. everytime you watch tv
you are getting influenced by "the committee to elect so and so" and if
you haven;t done your research you may be swayed by an attractive add.
but then again where exactly do you do your "research?" just by reading
articles on candidates, you have to expect them to be somewhat biased,
and so esp in an area of debate such as politics the media is a forum,
mostly because you have to get information out to so many people and
there are so many conflicting opinions. carolyn
