I think the commercial does a good job in expressing its point, therefore
accomplishing the goal of the media realm. However, I think the
producers of the commericial may realize that their ad does imply that
the girl has the choice or whether or not to have sex. and this is
true.
Whether or not this is too much pressure... I'd say the whole sex topic
involves pressure and the 16 year old girl in the ad will have to face
that pressure if she's going to be involved in the controversy. I don't
think she is implied, by the producers, to be the sole decision maker.
But it is HER decision to make,if it comes down to it.
