good questions bets. it also makes you wonder where those 300 million
dollars went in the first place. certainly not nc public schools. also,
it may come from the new tv tax. i've heard a few things about it from
the bigger broadcast stations- but i don't really know what's going on.
funny how none of the candidates have brought this issue up.
