I'd like to second Laurel's request. WWW access still requires high-end
(read lots or ram and $) technology, and often professional help to get
Netscape running. E-mail is accessible through much less costly
equipment (and XT and 300 baud modem will do - there is one at my local
coffee house). Let's not cut out those who can't afford top line
computers.
