It may be possible that some places do not yet have access to WWW, for some
reason. My place still has not got all of us ethernetted, so we have
non-graphical access only, through Lynx. If you have such a connection,
though, you can still browse the Web, but you will miss the pictures--and spend
less time, since you won't have to wait while the pictures load. I have signed
on with a local access provider, so i CAN get the pictures.
