I like this idea alot.
I'd be really interested in hearing how others
came to SI.
I had an aha experience in a deviant behavior class.
Been here ever since.
I joined SSSI a couple of years ago, and it's now my
primary "allegiance" in the discipline.
Anyone who will take my computer doodlings seriously as
"sociology" deserves my returning the favor.
Also, it runs in my family. My mom
has a couple of soc degrees, and had C W Mills for
for senior seminar.

I spent the sixties hanging out with my parents activist friends
(Vivid memories of being dragged to McGovern speechs),
and listening to all the rock n roll I could get my hands on.
