People who attend our user group meeting don't expect the
presenters to be flawless or experts... I believe all of us
appreciate the effort that is put forward and sometimes it's
simply a matter of planting some seeds for discussion at the
meeting or afterwards that we need. I know we have people
who are part of the group who are very talented and would do
a wonderful job on any component of the proposed agenda.
So the purpose of this e-mail is to make one final bid for
volunteers to help with the meeting. I believe (and I know
others agree) that it's important for a variety of people to
do the presentations so that our user group maintains a
campus-wide feeling rather than just being about one
department, college, office, etc...
With all that in mind, is there anyone out there that might
be willing to take a shot at doing part of the proposed
agenda for the next meeting? As I indicated, we're not
looking for an expert in web editors or an expert in graphic
tools... just someone who could organize information about
that area and make a 15 minute presentation on what they've
found to share with the rest of the group?
I look forward to your responses!
Mark
