Locating Address of Web Site

I am the new Assistant Director of Technology for the
department of Student Housing and Dining Services, and I
need to track down the actual location of the department's
Web site and procure the necessary rights to update it. The
site was apparently maintained in the past by James Rooney,
but I have not found any documentation about where the Web
site is located. The URL for the home page for the Web site
is:

www.stuaff.niu.edu/housing/houshome.htm

and while this indicates it *might* reside on a server
called STUAFF somewhere at NIU, I know that URL's can be
arbitrarily assigned and the Web site could be anywhere.
Where do I start?
