personalized responses

One way to make "personalized" e-mail:

In your word processor, create a file with all of the standard responses.

Open both the word processor and Netscape Mail. Switch between them with
ALT-TAB (hold ALT, touch TAB once or twice until the correct destination
is indicated).

Start a letter. ALT-TAB to the responses. Block, "file" and "copy."
ALT-TAB. "File" and "paste." Send the letter.
