Is he devoted to Netscape? A dedicated mail program could permit his
inserting the contents of a file at the cursor. A set of
appropriately named files, e.g. "Q1-p1-hit," "Q2-p2-focus," etc.,
would then make inserting the appropriate comment a matter of a few
clicks. One program which can do this is PMMail98, available at
www.southsoft.com. PMMail offers _many_ additional advantages over
Netscape and is, in my opinion, the best available mail client.
