Jim Huguelet raises an important issue to discuss this fall; Namely,
what are the acceptable limits of advocacy for homepages? To my mind,
Jim's alleged violation was not as evident as his accusers claimed.
Jim's post illustrates that not only copyright, but also advocacy
may raise the hackles of some and generate attempts to intimidate or
silence publishers.
