This may be true but on Mosaic 2.6 on my SGI, this page producs a little
black rectangle (unfilled) followed by the line "Last Updated - 15 Sep
1995".

You want to think about pages NOT being so dependent on Netscape
extensions.

This does highlight a very important point - not EVERYBODY uses
NetScape! I think emphasis should be put on HTML compliance so
everyone can enjoy all Web pages. I have found several Web sites that
do not work with my browser, and I can assure you I won't be re-visiting
them. Since the point of a Web site is to attract visitors and keep them
checking back, we should do everything possible to achieve that.
