Ahh.... but is the Webmasters page considered an "official NIU" page?
I think this is -part- of the question everyone is asking. The
Webmasters are not a departmet, or a college, or an administrative
office. Even if we wanted to use the NIU banner logo (which I do
not, in this case) would we be allowed to if we are not considered
"official"?
